We started operations as an inbound tour operator, handling budget groups from Spanish market & subsequently forayed into up market domestic market to become one of the biggest consolidators for business to hill resorts of North India.

The company was incorporated in 1997 & opened an overseas New York office in 2006.Over past five years have started specializing in Palace On Wheels Maharaja Train Tours & today amongst the top ten generator of business for same-in the world.

To cater & handle overseas demand of our regular 1,000 domestic clients, we have recently opened a separate office for Outbound Tours.

We are a family owned professionally run company & all our Employees are all well versed in various facets of travel trade operations. We have network of reliable local handling agent office in important tourist cities across India.

Our Senior Management is headed by senior citizen Mrs.Shashi Varma, who has 20 years experience in travel trade. Our Managing Director, Mr. Rajiv Varma, holds a post graduate masters diploma from OSHM & has more than 26 years work experience in travel trade including working on management level with Oberoi group of Hotels & heading operations in Tourist Camp handling overseas budget tourist. The day to day operations of the company are handled by Mr. Anil Zadoo, having more than 16 years experience in travel trade. Today, we have separate divisions handling domestic, inbound & outbound customers; besides the MICE market.

Lawrence Travels is regular participant in International Travel Marts of PATA, WTM-London, SATTE-Delhi & All India level TTF-OTM.

We are approved by Ministry of Tourism & are members of all India Tour associations of IATO & ADTOI. Lawrence Travels in 2007 was honoured by Honble. Minister for Tourism & Culture, Mrs.Ambika Soni for outstanding contribution to Domestic Tourism.
