Terms & Conditions for Booking Deccan Odyssey Train Tour from Mumbai/Mumbai via Goa
1. The Deccan Odyssey Train is a joint venture between Indian Railways & Maharashtra Government & Onboard Management is of Taj Group of Hotels
2. Off Board excursions are managed by Maharashtra Tourism Officials
3. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 25% advance deposit & balance must reach us before 31 days of tour depart
4. Full Payment must reach us before 31 Days of Tour depart with passport details
5. Payment can be made by credit card authorization/swift wire Transfer Or Cheque Payable at Par in our ICICI Bank A/C
6. Cancellation rules,as per MTDC Apply
7. Some train tour departs may be cancelled at short notice ,if minimum 25 passengers are not booked to travel
8. Liability of Lawrence travels & Tours Pvt Ltd is limited to that of booking agent only & not that of Principal train Tour operator
9. Disputes,if any, are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi (INDIA) courts only.

1.The Indian Maharaja Train Tour is operated by charter of Deccan Odyssey Train on a different Mumbai to New Delhi tour circuit by a leading private Travel Tour Operator based in India
2. Onboard Management is of Taj Group of Hotels
3. Off Board excursions are handled by the private tour operator agency
4. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of minimum US$ 2000 advance deposit per cabin
5. Full Payment must reach us before 91 Days of Tour depart with passport details
6. Payment can be made by credit card authorization/swift wire Transfer Or Cheque Payable at Par in our ICICI Bank A/C
7. Cancellation rules,as per Charter Company policy Apply
8. Some train tour departs may be cancelled at short notice ,if minimum 25 passengers are not booked to travel
9. Liability of Lawrence travels & Tours Pvt Ltd is limited to that of booking agent only & not that of Principal train Tour operator
10. Disputes,if any, are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi (INDIA) courts only.

Booking Procedure
(1) Bookings will be accepted against receipt of Names & Nationality of all passengers
(2) We require minimum 20% advance payment to hold booking on definite basis.
(3) Full payment must reach us atleast 35 days before tour date.
(4) You may book Minimum Three Nights part journey etc. OR Full 7 Nights tour.

(a) You can pay online by Credit Card ( VISA/ MASTERCARD only) Authorization
OR
(b) Electronic money transfer to our bank
OR
(c) Any other method mutually agreeable

Cancellation Rules & Charges
1. Any amendments in tour dates are treated as cancellation requests.
2. Deccan Odyssey Train Tour bookings are Non-endorsable.
3. Action on cancellation will only be proceeded on receipt of written request.
4. MINIMUM 5% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request received more than 65 days in advance.
5. MINIMUM 20% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request received more than 35 days in advance
6. MINIMUM 50% of Tour cost will be charged , if cancellation request received more than 16 in advance
7. 100% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request less than 16 days in advance
