Day 1: Sunday Morning: New Delhi depart
Report at 8:30 hrs.at Delhi Safderjung Railway Station for traditional welcome & check-in formalities of Maharajas Express. Later board the train and proceed to Jaipur. Brunch on board.
Day 1: Sunday Evening: Jaipur
Train arrives in late afternoon at Jaipur, proceed for Dinner at exclusive venue & later return to Maharajas Express & train stationed overnight at Jaipur.
Day 02: Monday: Jaipur
After sumptuous breakfast, proceed for Excursion to UNESCO World Heritage Site of 16th century built Amber Fort Palace, built atop a small hillock on city outskirts. Return to Maharaja Express for Lunch.
Post lunch option to be at leisure on board the train OR avail optional tours.
Later in the evening train departs for Sawai Madhopur and dinner on board.

Day 03: Tuesday Morning: Ranthambhore
On arrival at Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, proceed for excursion to Jungles of Ranthambhore - the private hunting ground of the Maharajas. Possible sighting of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Also, sambar, chital, nilgai, chinkara, wild boar, sloth bear, hyena, jackal and leopard. Return to train and enjoy breakfast and lunch on board. Depart onwards.
Day 03: Tuesday Afternoon: Fatehpur Sikri
Arrive at Fatehpur Sikri and proceed for excursion to the deserted Mughal City, comprising of imposing gateways, Halls of Private and Public audience and beautifully sculptured palaces. Return to the Maharajas Express train for dinner & train departs.
Day 4: Wednesday: Agra
Excursion to one of the wonders of the world, The Taj Mahal; constructed entirely out of white marble, an architectural masterpiece featuring beautiful inlay work and marble screens. This is followed by another exclusive event, champagne breakfast overlooking Taj Mahal, atop a hillock. After that return to the Maharajas Express and lunch on board.
Afternoon visit to UNESCO World Heritage Site of Agra fort. Evening train departs and Dinner on board.
Day 5: Thursday Morning: Orchha
After on board breakfast, visit late 16th century built Orchha Fort & Temple complex. After that return to Maharajas Express for Lunch as train proceeds to Khajuraho.
Day 5: Thursday Afternoon: Khajuraho
Visit to 10th Century built Kama Sutra erotic Khajuraho temples in afternoon. In evening train departs for Varanasi and Dinner on board.
Day 6: Friday: Varanasi
Breakfast & Lunch on board.
On arrival at Varanasi, after brief visit to Silk Weaving Centre. Proceed for excursion to Sarnath- where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon 2500 years ago. Later enjoy a boat ride on River Ganges to witness magical evening lamp immersion ceremony.
Dinner at an exclusive venue. Late evening return to Maharajas Express & Train departs back for Delhi.
Day 7: Saturday Afternoon: New Delhi Check Out
Breakfast and Lunch on board. Journey aboard Maharajas Express ends on return to Safderjung Railway Station, Delhi. Check-out.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure:
- Advice preferred date of journey with cabin type & number of passengers.
- We require Name/Nationality/Date of Birth/Passport Numbers of all the passengers to process booking request.
- Booking will be confirmed on receipt of MINIMUM 30% advance deposit of Ticket Value.
- Balance Payment must reach us at least 70 days before tour depart.
- Booking request made less than 70 days before tour depart, will be confirmed on receipt of one time full deposit of ticket value.
- To issue Travel documents ,we require Passport Copy of all passengers & Reservation Form.
- Advice interest to Book Hotels in New Delhi & Mumbai or customized package tours pre/post train tour journey.
- Passengers are advised to pre-book Tour Insurance from country of origin.
Cancellation Terms:
- Royal Indian Trains is PSA-IA of Maharajas’ Express operated by IRCTC; & our liability is limited to that of Booking Agent Only.
- All requests for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by us.
- Minimum 30% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled > 65 days before tour depart
- Minimum 50% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled between 64 days to 50 days before tour depart
- Full 100% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled < 49 days before tour depart
- Request for Change in Passenger Name/Journey Date as per IRCTC policy.
- All overseas refunds ,as per cancellation policy are subject to rules & regulations of Reserve Bank Of India
- Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to deduct US$ 100 bank processing fee to process overseas funds & will be refunded in equivalent INR Rupees as per amount received.
- Train Tour Operator (IRCTC) reserves the right to cancel the scheduled depart if occupancy is less & refund the advance received (with NO further liability).
